Diagram representing the transition of transportation over the years and India's opportunity to leapfrog

India could skip decades of mistakes the West made.

We’re in the car-centric phase, but with bold moves on public transport, cycling lanes, walkable streets, and green tech, we can build people-first cities! I’ve mapped it all out in this diagram.

The West spent decades learning how to evolve from car dependency to green, pedestrian-friendly cities.

India doesn’t need to repeat those mistakes.

The question is: Will our policymakers act now or let us stay stuck in the gridlock for years?
